Rooms - info and prices

Room prices are valid for the indicated number of persons (with a minimum occupancy of 2 persons) per day, including breakfast buffet, exclusive of resort tax. Twin-beds or/and an extra bed is available in some rooms (price on request). Child discounts granted only if you book a room.

Apartments - info and prices

Apartment prices are valid for the indicated number of persons per day, exclusive of resort tax and exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning. End-of-stay cleaning has to be paid once and depends on the apartment: between € 60.00 and € 200.00.

On request, our guests can take advantage of the daily fresh bread delivery service (extra charge) or order our breakfast buffet ( limited capacity, therefore reservation required).

Rates for breaklfast: Adults: € 22.00 per person and day | Children from 4 to 9 years: € 12.00 per child and day | Children from 10 to 14 years € 15.00 per child and day

Resort Tax

The resort tax will be charged separately per person per day.

Rate: € 5,00

children up to 15 years free

Short Stay Supplement

For short stays there is a surcharge of € 5.00 to € 10.00 per person per day.

Child Discount

Child discounts are only valid in the rooms from 2 full payers (not in apartments).
Additional beds or child cots depend on the category and are only available on request with extra charges.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 3.00 pm (please give us a call if you arrive after 6.00 pm)

check-out until 10.00 am.

Free WiFi is available for all guests.

Sorry, pets are not allowed at "rechenau, living & relax".

Advance Payment and Payment Options

With your booking we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount

and the remaining amount at the latest 7 days before arrival by bank transfer or during your stay in cash.

31 days prior to arrival: free of charge
30 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
7 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total booking amount
30% deposit after booking

cancellation conditions winter (from 01.12.):

61 days prior to arrival: free of charge
60 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total booking amount
30 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
7 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total booking amount
30% deposit after booking

Important note: These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are booked in whole or in part by someone else.
To be on the safe side, we strongly recommend that you take out a travel insurance (www.europaeische.at)

In the case of an official border or hotel closure, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.
